Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy at Holistic Health Therapeutics, parent company of TRC Cream.


Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays unless otherwise specifically requested.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and location of delivery. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 24 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at luis@holisticdentalproducts.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Holistic Health Therapeutics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Holistic Health Therapeutics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Be sure to document shipment issues with photos.


International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
